Just went out with a girl, aint seen her for a while, hardly see
her since we are in different schools. Anywayz, I took her to watch
a movie which was good. We walked around the mall, had a bite at a
fast food resteraunt, and talked about past experiences and stuff
like that. I made her laugh with my past experiences and jokes (aka
wit), grandma says she probably laughed to be polite, but I believe
in today's society, even Singapore, we are more candid right?
Anywayz, it was; 1. meet up, 2. watch movie, 3. eat, 4. saw her off
at the busstop cos she had to go somewhere. 5. I went to friend's
place.
In between the steps, we just talked about past experiences and fun
stuff. How did I handle the situation though? I think I did ok...
considering it was a non-date.
I admit I am/was infatuated with her, but I believe its best not to
take the romantic route, just to preserve a cool friendship, let
fate/God decide. But I look at her, and I think, I want to be her,
I want to have her contentment and happiness with herself, I want
to have her faith and confidence. Although I look at everyone with
such thoughts of inspiration, she has truly made me determined
today to attempt to be perfect.
