When we were very young, we detest each time when an
adult kid 'match-make' us with another gender of the opposite sex.
We flush, blush or simply get annoyed. Remember the time you used
to have games between battle of boys and girls? Or remember the
time when you used to avoid being branding as a boy around 'girls.'
or girls being very tomboy?
We grow, puberty hits and we became more aware and conscious about
the opposite gender. Then we had our first love - the very first
BGR relationship we embark in our life.
Nobody knows how to lead a relationship the day they were born. We
all learn it by hook or by crook and it begins the very first day
our first love appears and we set up a relationship with them.
(Explaination of his apparant shyness and seemingly lack of effort
in the relationship back then).
Regardless, we all have majority of our unevolved flaws in our
first love. Then we learn, moved onto another relationship and
learn again. Over the time, our flaw minimize and we know what we
will be looking for each time we enters into a relationship. (Your
current situation).
Now what? You walked a circle and felt that he is the best? Or is
it because it is the longest relationship you led (not neccessary
fulfilling - 2 years and yet having the relationship is as good as
not having the relationship? I see it more like a good friendship),
or [b]the least problematic one you had, comparing to the
others? Our young puppy relationship generally do not have too much
complicating issues until when we see the reality side of love as
we mature.
P.S: You could consider expressing yourself for the sake of saying
it out since you said that you both were close. But generally, you
shouldn't expect anything. Our style of partners change as we age.
Keeping your emotions inside could be affecting you? Then you may
want to reveal them like a talk - the way a good friend could speak
to another without stress.

it wasn't the most fufilling, nor was he the best boyfriend in
the whole world, it was a relationship la, but i didn elaborate the
details wat.. haha i suffered quite alot during the 2 years, much
more than any other relationship, so it actually wasn't the least
problematic or most fufilling. Yes it was long and there were
memories worth remembering, so i wouldn't say we were just very
good friends. NOW maybe we are.
sounds like you got a shy guy there, whom i find are usually
caring though not very expressive. you seem to desire a more
exciting kind of boyfriend maybe because you are still young and
wanna have fun. ultimately the one who will more likely give you
emotional security and respect is the shy guy. the fun guy won't
last.
yesh, i was young, dunno how to think, only want boyfriends that
are super caring kind haha but it's different now though.. can
actually think it through before deciding anything
torx
yesh!
that's why.. i dunno how i can actually differentiate btwn the two
and i don wanna spoil the friendship or maybe the
'brotherly love' he has for me, you noe like treating me as a
sister of some sort
thanks for all your replies
