You've already got the answer. So just move on. Lingering on
that "possibility" is just an act of consoling yourself.
Chances and risks are obviously there. A fine line. But believe me,
most of the time, the answer is already given straight to your face
right from the start.
Stubborness and hope can be a "good" source of encouragement and
motivation, but that is our very own weakness. As it is always just
part of deluding ourselves.
