If 317 comes first, 315 will have less than 40 pax because
majority of them are alighting at chomp chomp.
Thts why the loading pattern is diff!!
Your observation is partly correct. There are almost 30-40 pax
who get down at Chomp Chomp. Hence, if 315 comes before 317, the
latter normally goes empty and will not have more than 30 pax on
board in peak hours.
When that happens, the loading on 315 will be around 70-75 pax
at interchange itself because there are around 30-40 pax who take
the service to SGN North Ave 1 and North Ave 4.
When 315 comes to stops on SGN Central, there is no place for
people to enter. Hence, the better thing is to make 315 direct to
SGN North Ave 1 and improve frequency on 317.
