Most probably those spare buses, probably MAN buses that are
spare. If it is WLDEP it may deploy bendies on it, probably those
Hispanos. If AMDEP, dennis lances or OACs.
If the load is superbly higher than expected, full fleet bendies
like 812 and may plan to introduce 860E 
pls lah.. dun anyhow whack.... gov spent money to buy new buses
to deploy on new routes and you are saying that they are going to
use those old buses to deploy on 860? MAN buses will be used. And
what will be the route of 860E? Yishun Int non-stop to Khatib Mrt?
or ? do u mean EXPRESS? or E as in terminating trips? This service
also never serve two direction from Yishun interchange so go where
find terminating trips?
