Looks like a trunk version of 971E to me. Anyway, it seems like a possible DTL victimin a couple of years' time.

971E can be redirected to Lim Chu Kang when DTL2 opens. At least serve better quality

Or even BPS1 (Bus Parallel Service 1) can get withdrawn in 2017.

That's why I have been suggesting svc.960A which can at least be an alternative for Wlanders instead of having to cramp inside MRT everytime... If there's 960A, then no need for svc.972, cos 972 uses A22s, while 960A can use 960 fleet, with bendies even better...
