Her appearance into your life is only one reason:
ITS NOT BGR - do you have what it takes to change
your sh|t life? You can't go have love, friends, etc by ranting all
day, you need physical effort, physical evidence to improve
yourself.
You can be very down now, but you control how long you want to
remain in such state. By the look of it, if you are lazy to work
towards your attitude of life and break through your current
prison, I can only say one thing: she truly made a right decision
for herself. Who wants a guy who, like you said: ... life
is so screwed up,no friends to talk to ,all day only computer.and
now the one i love doesnt seem to give a damn abt me.
Think about this, even if she does accept your proposal to be
together in a relationship - what makes you think that your
attitude can help to maintain your own relationship? Maturity
hasn't even come through your heart to handle your life and you
want to handle love? 
Its all about your personality and nothing because
of your school's result. When you need a reason for people's
behavior, don't look at what you have and can offer (as in
possession, IQ, etc), look at your character (EQ). I have friends
who can't study for nuts, yet such things doesn't happen to them.
P.S: You don't need love - you need a shock to change your life. If
what the girl said is not powerful to shock you into ATTEMPTING to
change your current life and never look back again. If not, mark my
words: History will repeat itself again.
