Your England team

Currently the England squad isnt fulfilling their fullest potential due to countless changes in formation and tactics, and players often played out of their own position. If you're the manager now, what formation will you adopt? who will you call up? discuss. Very Happy

tink 4-4(diamond)-2..still best for ENG

stellazio SG

i will play the england under 21’s. they seem more impressive then their senior counterparts and more united also.

tarcki SG

its because their opponent are under 21 too.. Very Happy

monoslayer SG

i will stick with the tried n tested 4-4-2. i will recall becks.

Patrik SG

Aaron Lennon
Wayne Routledge
I feel that they will make a big difference to the wing play.

stellazio SG

no seriously, the under 21's play with more heart and style then their seniors..

stellazio SG

extremely disappointing again..zzz..

Herroin SG

4 3 3 ?

with lennon and dyer(if possible walcott) running on the left and right of the main striker

DrAlienology SG

i thought england could only play 4-4-2.

playing 3-5-2 with crotica flopped pretty badly and 4-3-3 was experimented and was bad.

14 shots, 10 on goal, 0 goals proves that england has the depth, just that they lack on the finishing..

england has all the good players, but the wrong manager IMO Laughing

lpx88 SG

Stick to 4-4-2

Drop lampard and stick with hargreaves and gerrard in the centre. Gerrard i feel will be more productive through the middle instead of on the wing.Right side just use becks/lennon.

Something is very strange also....their english domestic league aka EPL's style is fast and physical...but the current england team arent showing that?

dragg SG

i will ask them not to waste time.

For me, change the manager will do, any formation also can as long as they start to win games. For U21, if they can play in any major league they will be able play in any level. It is how they spot the talent and put them in good use not thinking that they r superstar from megateam then put them in, this is very stupid kind of managemant.
