it will be one of the last to get WAB unless A24 come.

Feeders/CCK feeders 300 n 302856/964/962 will be one of the last to
declare WAB.
961 can WAB anytime coz of full rigid fleet. 67 and 176
can follow 969 style.
If 960 has 35 full day rigids and 5 splits yes.
961's case will have to depend if WLDEP is willing to get rid of
the ex-AM buses plus some of the WL ones.
