Yunhaier SG Before the declaration of love - firstly ask yourself what motive you do have. If expressing yourself is just to release the urge of saying it out - then its ok. When you deem its right, just do it. If you end motive is to chase her, I feel that there should not be a rush in declaration of love. In fact, the longer you take to prepare your spell, the higher your chance of success, though the greater your risk as well.
