blowfish SG I hav a gf that always late for date... she always late more than half hour. I know it ok for girl to be late sometimes that why i always give her set the time. But she still late even i remind her that don be late. Example like we supposed to meet 3 pm but i wait till 3.15 she still not appeared. So i call but to my horror she still at home. I means pls ... cant she call in advanced she be late? she don even bother to call. Now i very fed up cos i bring up the sub and told her not be late but she still do that. i feel disappointed and feel she never take my word seriously. Cant she respect my time. so guy, what will you do? girl? any comment?

Devil1976 SG Surprised...? I suppose to meet buddy, sometimes 1 hour later call him still at home... The worst record he set was 3 hours later after appointment time just woke up... You can try setting an earlier meeting time for her or maybe just be there later than the appointed time (according to the time you estimate she'll be there... Well.. Maybe just a little earlier..? )... If you're ON TARGET, solve the problem.. If you're late, she'll understand it certainly isn't very entertaining to be the party waiting... The latest 'strategy' I've developed for my appointment meet ups is.... To keep myself OCCUPIED.... Meet at a place where you can shop around a bit... Read book(s)... Or do the things ya like to do... My time with gf is 'my time with gf'... If she rather let it slips away like, I'll just take it back as 'my own'...?
smurfer SG HAHAHA.. i also 1 of the late ppl out here... but, i always not later than 30mins... the most i late is 10mins ~ 15mins... u gotta sort out wif ur gf now! i realli mean it.. i tink ppl can understand how u feel if sme1 is always e 1 waiting... (hopefully she is the understandable type)... ask her y she always late lor, if she say she need makeup and tis and dat, tell her she looks ok wifout it also. then she won't take up most of the time liao lor... BEST solution: TALK TALK TALK WIF HER...
M©+square SG I have this particular supervisor who's able to have the patience to wait for his gf for THREE hours. First hour....he called....She had just finished her shower..... Second hour....he called again.....she choosing what to wear..... After half an hour....he called...... She's puting on her make-up. Do you want to know where he is???? At her house void deck.....for three hours. OHhh....to not to forget....that as a frequent routine.

Yunhaier SG I know there is some kind of psychological behavior on people always being late - can't remember what the hell was it. But however, if this is persist and you are rather disturb about it - plain simple talking is useless - you need some form of strategy. You could meet at 3 but tell her to meet at 2.30, OR give some form of punishment when she comes later than 10 minutes kind of thing. Simple things like a treat to sexual playfulness - exercise your creativity. Could use to build this relationship and perhaps 'reward' your waiting? Of course, if things really pisses you badly - a heart to heart talk is essential. Its not just talking - its communicating with your emotions to one another. Cheers

Angel^_^ SG well..keke..the longest time i've wait for my bf is 11 hrs..keke..well..started to wait for him since 5pm..till 4+am man..~ he loh..forgot all abt our meeting..go chiong..haiz..called him..nv pick up call..paged him..nv respond..den few hrs later..called him..finally ans..told me he's sorry..now at blar blar pub..say give him 30 mins..he'll be there..den waited again..scared to disturb him..so seldom called or paged..till 4am..cannot tahan liao..called him..he's already at home..haiz..tt's 5 years ago..keke.now..haha..got my revenge liao..it's his turn to wait for me.. well..have a nice tok to her..dun use any harsh tone..dun end up having argument when it's might to be a heart to heart tok..good luck..

millienium_bear SG hmm... remind me of time that i was often late meeting up with my ex... we were supposed to meet up in the early morning (at that time, i stayed up very late to engross in online chat)... my ex knew that i never be punctual... he turned up at my home and woke me up himself.... caught kinda surprised but tired liao..
