if temp d job offer better job scope, prospect and environment y
not...y may resign n left very soon if not wat u expect or
environment bad, isnt it look worst in ur resume.
nothing wrong wif temp or contract, i hv been in it b4...they do
offer benefits like leave. employment act state if temp (hr, daily
rated etc) more than 3 mths got leave, not sure is it a
recommendation or compulsory. u can check wif ministry of manpower.
even if u temp, cpf is still compulsory
since u r temping for 7 mths, can try bargain wif d company for
benefits. my previous temp job got leave
