If it was maturity you seek... in the first place, I doubt you
would have chosen a guy younger than you because there are tons of
guys out there that fits the bill in terms of mental or age
maturity. 
Since maturity isn't the main element you seek in him - there must
be something about him that draws you - which is the real reason
why you couldn't leave him.
Feeling that he is insensitive? Trust me, this has nothing to do
with age. I have seen cases of 20+, 30+, or even 40+ who are very
insensitive to their gf or wife - is not the age that makes a
person matured, its their thinking, preception and principles.
You haven't really overcome this age barrier deep within your
subconscious, thats why you would feel this way. No? Think about
this: Why is it that you feel *this* way and not reasons being
'relationship getting routine', etc, etc. There could be thousands
of reason why your bf like 'that', again has little to do with age.
