It is not unlawful to point a middle finger, or dig your nose. However, if someone is offended by your action, then that falls under the laws regarding "outrage of modesty". It is not specifically a traffic act offence. Such laws are normally associated with opposite sex. If guy show guy middle finger, is harder to make a case./p>

in my family car, we put it up permanenetly even though only one was still under probation. there were 4 users for the car.

There is no traffic rule that says.. misrepresentation is a traffic offence. If so… then all the Harrier rebadged as a RX300 is also guilty of same offence as misrepresentation.

Hmm.. if this is indeed an offence, then I better take all bumper sticker messages seriously.

My brothers-in-law all display the Probation Plate, as there are always nephews and neices just getting their licence, so that they can use the car anytime. Usually they are made to run errands.

When I was in probation, my family member will paste it on.....no matter who drives the car.
