If you are sweating profusely only under exposure to hot
temperature or normal conditions, I would assume that you are fine.
It's just your body reacting to release heat to prevent you from
suffering hyperthermia.
Apply strong antiperspirant before you go out, you'll be ok.
Excessive sweating, aka hyperhidrosis can be caused by obesity
(that you mentioned you rather spend $$ on food, and you gained
20kg?), environmental temp, excercise, spicy food, emotional
situation, and sometimes hormonal imbalance and few other
reasons.
However if you find yourself sweating excessively even when not
exposed to heat, or not doing any physical strenous activity, I
suggest you should go to see a doctor, you can be suffereing from
overactive thyroid glands.
