This reminds me of the story circulated in email... titled
"Dolce Vita".
The story is about a guy and a girl who meet on the Internet and
one day they agree to meet. Slowly their relationship developed
until one day the girl was admitted to hospital. Only when the guy
went to the girl's house did he realize that his girlfriend was in
hospital. It turned out that our female lead contracted some rare
butterfly disease... and in the end, she died.
