Shedding a few drops of tears is ez but it has never eased the pain in me... Crying or Very sad Being able to cry till I was trembling really made me feel much better... Using laughter Laughing to cover up my sadness and emptiness, who can see how much it hurts???
Using alchohol to drown my sorrows Sad , only to wake up the next day feeling the same if not worse than yesterday...
How can I ever let out all within me?? I tried almost all ways but still can't find any solution... Confused
