Sometimes the girl will be touched, but that doesn't mean she'll fall for you. she might still treat you as a good friend and no more.

For the ger to like you, it takes more then juz making her feel special. she has to also have the chemistry to like you in return. if she doesn't, then touching her heart will be juz that and she'll be touched only. nothing more. maybe then after can try your luck at touching the 4D, which is prolly easier then to make her like you Exclamation

The problem is not whether he can do it or not....but whether the gal appreciates it or not...if a gal got some feelings for u, she mite be touched....but if she absolutely no feelings for u, such things mite put her off...
