Hey we all forgot all about Dollah Kassim.I think there was a song written about him also but it is not a rap song.V sundramoothy he is was good but then again he was too short . yes our standard very high cuz we compare these players with Soccer legends and world class players but the point is all the names mentioned have had their moment of magic and taste of Victory….ah and a few more names like Leong kok fann and Au yong Pak Kwang .The more we want to forget about kampung soccer the more names keep popping up.

My fave has to be the late Borhan Abu Samah...He plays just like David Unsworth...I still remember an incident during the M Cup where he tackled a player from Kedah and that player hospitalised for a fracture. Laughing

Sandro Radon Mmmmm SIngaporean National keeper or one of those FAS contractors.If I am not mstaken there was one from Croatia playing in the Malaysia cup series who likes to date Malay girls in his free time but if I am wrong tell me cuz I am trying to remember plus I also left Singapore a long time ago.Also trying to remember a Malay player who was nickname CRAZY HORSE.....that fellow can run and run and run non-stop without a ball> Mr. Green

I think Nasir Jalil was the CRAZY HORSE.As for goalkeepers there was Eric Payne and Lee Bee Seng in the 70s then David Lee who served the longest after that ,,,,,not too sure but there was a Malay keeper and an Indian 2nd choice keeper,,,,,,from then on I cant recall anything about SIngapore football until the Thai-Singapore game a few days ago.
