I had lots of problem with a tuition agency recommended by my
friend. Initially, I assume that since it’s located in Orchard, it
must be doing well and that I would have no problems when it comes
to payment. The agency recommended two students and i have no
problems with the first one. But I discovered that the agency lied
about the subjects I would be teaching to the other one. Imagine my
shock during the first lesson when the mother wants me to teach
Science when I’m an Arts student. I do not want to waste their time
since I obviously cannot teach the child anything, so I refuse to
continue the assignment. Now, the agency is withholding payment for
the other student. Is there somewhere I can report them?
