assuming tt wife is healthy, convince her to work hard for her
future, join the family business, she shd excel with proper
guidance and family support

ur friend's condition seems stable, so theres no cause for worry,
many troubled pple racked their brains to come up with excuses to
commit suicide... come full blown aids, he doesnt even have to make
excuse to die...
