If you're talking about underage, I can tell you why.. Because
during that period of time, the body and reprodutive parts develop
faster than the brains, hence they are unable to control their
sexual desires, so go around and do what they are born to do lorz..
Go around reproducing.. Besides, during that time, perple are
curious about their body parts, and they want to know whether can a
human be formed, so being curious like all scientist, they do their
own experiment lorz...
Don't think I just talk talk lehz.. there's a lot of truth in
there...
