It's a tough choice between listening to your parents and being
with someone you like.
Your parents are important. Try speaking to them about this
(usually mother will be easier to talk to), they may change their
attitude after knowing your boyfriend's character. If after that,
your parents say to dump him... contemplate it. Make your
choice.
