No ... heavy-weight is not wrong ... if wrong, there will be no
concept of "heavy-weight training" in gym ... have you see people
which only do bench-press 3 or 4 pushes only for every round? the
purpose is too make the muscle bigger.
Hmm ... when you get the size of you want, then stop the
heavy-weight training, proceed with endurance ... see my comment
above:
if your body is big enough, then you can start endurance
exercise, it it to shape your body ...
Heavy-weight just to make it bigger and strong (but still
fatty), and endurance training is to reduce the fat (so the remains
of fat will be reduced) ...
If you do heavy-weight training to your arm, it doesn't mean that
you have to do heavy-weight on your chest or leg.
If someone is happy with his size, but still got fat everywhere, he
doesn't have to do heavy-weight ... just do the endurance is enough
... or cardio-exercise (swimming, jogging, cycling) is also
good...
agree, upon all theory, someone new must be guided by instructor:
correct movement and body position, correct repeatation ... wrong
position or movement is fatal indeed. usually, when a newbie go to
gym, the instructor will say : "You want to make it big (which one
to be bigger), and which one to be slimmer", then he will instruct
you to do this that and how ... and also explain you about daily
food consumes needed...
