Somehow, this on-off thing reminds me a those tamil movies. The
girl will dance around a coconut tree, lamp-post, palm tree or a
pillar. Then the man come and dance dance with her. Is that what
you are describing?
I think its all a matter of courtship dance. Otherwise really no
fun. Chinese movies on the other hand is always on a dark and
stormy night... then got violin music. Next thing you know, the
girl lie on the man shoulder and the man goes "Hahahahaha... from
today you is my woman..".
Personally, I think Tamil movie more fun :p
