Actually the law provides for the licence to be revoked when you
exceed 12 points (i.e. 13> points).
But usually it is dependent on the nature of your offences, the
number of demerit points exceeded, the temperament of the
OIC, or if the court orders it. You will be asked to explain why
your licence should not be revoked. Decision will be on a case by
case basis.
Very bad case, or court order, revoke straight away.
