i think you got the logic wrong.
every position has its purpose.
it will be ideal if you can find a player that can be a goalkeeper,
defender, midfielder and scorer as well. but thats not the
point!!!
lampard is a midfielder, not striker. his job is to create chances
for player like sheva to score. it will be a bonus if he can score
goals, but he is a midfielder. his performance should and must be
based on his ability to create chances for the strikers, not on
scoring goals.
