my parents would lock me up and keep me at home if I ever
thought of riding a bike myself.
my BF rides and like I said in a previous topic I started, he's
going out so much with them I'm starting to feel insecure.
So.. If I do pick up riding, it'll only be because of him. Yet,
like you, I have no knowledge about bikes at all. But I admit, I do
enjoy being on one.
I would rather be given a practical lesson with a real bike in
front of me, then taught the part names, etc. From reading on the
various webbies, I find it a little hard to follow esp with the
jargon and abbreviations and acronyms.
I know just as little abt cars so... well... I'm considering it
too, but if anything, I'll try in June. See how our relationship
progresses first.
Still, I think it's good to just give riding a shot first. As you
go along, talk to others and learn more about the bike. I think
from then suddenly you'll know more.
