1)to ride bike u need a license first
2)if u got the full sum of money to buy the bike straight out... no
problems at all. Just walk into a bikeshop and they will settle
everything for u.
3)if u want to pay installment u need someone: >21yrs, working,
willing to guarantee ur loan.
