what's the arrangement like?
thinking of taking class 2b, already have class 3
can we buy our own helmet to use?
if use the school one, won't it be very unhygienic?
also, do i still need to go thru the whole procedure if i have
class 3 already? or can i skip the basic theory, advance
theory?
