Generally you should regulate your speed to adjust to the road
conditions. You will be too fast although you are within the road's
speed limit if you start to close in on the vehicle in front -
especially if you fail to keep a safe following distance.
You cannot ride too slowly until you obstruct the traffic
either.
Within the bounds of these, go about 40-50 km/h where conditions
are clear.
