just FYI,
EVEN WITH COUPON also can get booked. i parked at the HDB opposite
Century Square...put coupon also get booked. it was on a Sat, and
the lots are NOT red lines okie... think some other rules on the
board at entrance of carpark, but who will stop there and read? (so
dangerous).
anyway, will try Telepark...
