I see some riders straddeling their bike while filling up at the
pump.
This, I believe is to keep the tank level, so that the tank can
take the max.
This practice is dangerous.
Consider that the rider has just rode into the pump station.
His engine and exhaust pipe is still hot.
The rider fill up, while straddling the bike.
It happens that there is some splash.
Fuel trickle down the tank, on to the engine or exhaust pipe.
There is a flash, and the rider's clothes catches fire.
He jumps off his bike.
His bike fell with the tank cover open.
Straddeling the bike while filling up is a recipe for
disaster.
Dismount, park the bike on the main stand, or side stand, and fill
up.
