1st hand bo hua lo.. if u intend 2 sell off. Thinking of getting

-Bike shop also one of a choice.
-as for bike shop, how much must i pay?.... lets say the bike is
2.4k...then plus insurance, road tax...etc and others..if i wan 2
pay by installements... Wat are the steps i need 2 KNOW and DO? How
much must i pay the first time?
Insurance all these stuffs? Guide me can? Thanks
