Anyway I just try to give these tips:
(1) Break the course as a section of intervals
(2) Look far ahead.Try not to concentrate looking at the path in
front of you.
(3) Most important, Focused your eye-point at the "next interval"
while you are negotiating the course,rather than the path in front
of you.
(4) Try to be brave and don't go too slow inside the course.Just do
it confidently.It will impress the instructors who is tired sitting
in the sun.
