Haven't been posting much in the forum for some time liao guess
most of u guys won't know who i am.. but anyway.. i was a fellow
riider till last month... i sold my bike coz i was going into ns
soon...
was riding an RS125, din wan to keep it in the carpark when i was
in camp.. scared later too long no ride will spoil easily.. so i
let it out for sale...
My gf said she had a fren she known since pri sch interested. as i
still have abt 1.5k instalment, i quoted the bike for abt 2k cash,
including 2 helmets, a full face and a brand new open face.. he was
very on with it.. say no prob.. he viewed the bike a couple of
times and was bent on buying it.
personally i can gurantee the bike is in great condition, having
overhauled onli a few months ago and not giving mi problems the
past 1 yr i have been riding it and he was satisfied with it.. onli
prob was he was kind of short for the bike. seeing that he was my
gf's fren, i told him tat the bike is not suitable for him as the
seat's too high but he insisted that he wans, he say he plan to
chnage to super 4 and he wans to get used to the height.. anyway i
told him to think abt it.. the following day, he wanted to buy it
already, and wants to do the transfer the day after... but he said
he din have enough cash, and he said he will be getting pay a week
later, he say will pay mi back the rest then...
so we went to the bike shop and transferred as i trusted him coz he
was my gf's fren. 2 days later, he spoilt the bike.. i gave him
full tank, he msg mi tell mi no more petrol he din know keep
starting until the bike cannot start, i think is batt flat liao. so
i ask him bring the batt or bike to a bike shop and charge, but he
tell mi that he doesn't wan the bike any more and wans to sell it..
so he cancelled the insurance 2 days after he bought the bike. on
the same day he called mi and say that he wants mi to take the bike
back and forget abt the rest of the money.. i told him no..
on his pay day, he paid mi $500, and told mi that the remaining
$450 he will pay mi back 2 weeks later, which was suppose to be
last week, so i called him and he told mi he doesn't wan to pay. he
say that i did not help him to sell the bike. he says i cheated
him. he says i sold him a bike that is spoilt. he says i cheat him
of his money. called mi a liar. he says that the bike got a lot of
white smoke. i told him becoz he din ride. so engine cold sure got
smoke if he start. he say i lie, he say how can be so much. he say
problematic bike i sold him...
now i donno wat to do... anyone can help mi?? anyone at all?? any
ideas wat i can do to get the money back?? haI~ why did i have to
mit someone like that, i took such good care of the bike, and yet
he spoilt it 2 days after buying it, and refuses to pay... i have
lost my bike, and din get any money in return for a sale... wat is
this man... can anyone at all suggest anything??
i know this is a boring thread and story, but i really hope for
some help, if u think this is sucky, then just ignore mi ke...
