Do you think the whole game of football is fixed???

Marco_Simone SG · 2006-12-15T13:35:54+00:00

agree, tat was jz a small view of the kelongness in 1 big league... we still duno how much like teams received for their fixing in other leagues like EPL or...

Marco_Simone SG

EPL,Serie A,Champions League,World Cup...whatever

The results are already fixed and players are in full knowledge of this...

So it's just one gigantic scam...

Do you think so???

BrUtUs SG

not totally fixed... maybe the chairman & refs & some players already knew the orders set out by the 'big boss'... but leaving other clean players to play normally so the whole story wun look fake... tis is all speculation till bbc decides to do more digging... Laughing

bryanseb SG

if fixed, than s-league will have one champion, that is SAFFC.

EPL will also have 1 champion if they fixed, that is Manchester United.

Italian league will have Juventus as their main champion.

So true that u can't believe.

Marco_Simone SG

this big boss are the bookmakers and other shady elements???

Marco_Simone SG

Maybe they wanna change the script once in a while to make things more exciting. For example, making Chelsea champs for the past 2 seasons.
Making Liverpool Euro champs last year.

dragg SG

i think it is possible but maybe on a smaller scale.

dragg SG

i dont get your point.

used SG

you think this sport is like wwe har? Laughing

Urroh SG

maybe individuals only.. not whole leagues or football teams.. Rolling Eyes

Darkness_hacker99 SG

I think so. If not where do they get the sum of money(millions of dollars) for the players?

rojak12 SG

Not whole(all) games but of course some games or individual, these have been reported now and then.

Marco_Simone SG

I think most of them have not been reported...

rojak12 SG

TV rights, Gates collection, T-shirts, shares, etc, etc.

It's a very high risk game. You start losing, you lose those items 1 by 1.

Leeds United is a very good example for how things can go wrong, very wrong!

rojak12 SG

Because not caught. Laughing

Marco_Simone SG

The authorities may know of this but they just close one eye and once in a while, they catch a few of them to show they are doing their job

sand king SG

If im not wrong, what I over heard is that the manager bets a huge sum against his team and pays his players to lose.

am i right? please correct me.

thanks

rojak12 SG

Fixing a game is not just losing that game. Fixing to win is very hard to catch.

stevenliew SG

don be lame la.........
if fix...where are all the dramas??

BrUtUs SG

yup... still unknown to the public...

4getmenot SG

barcelona was last season's champ if i'm not wrong.

and no i dun think big leagues such as la liga, italian league and EPL are fixed, becuz if its ever discovered, imagine the serious discredibility, fans losing interest, lost of tv coverage, sponsership..etc..etc.. thats one big load of money we are talking about, do you seriously think the FA's of these nations would stand by and watch it happen? no i dun think so.
