It's not an alarm.
There's a chip in your key which is like a lock. You use the
original HISS key to start your engine.
But if you try to duplicate the key with the normal key maker, when
you use it, the engine will stall and hence you can't ride your
bike. It's to prevent people from stealing your bike by just
duplicate it.
You can only duplicate the HISS key with the Honda agent or ask
your motordiam to get it for you. Can't get it anywhere else.
