Have you guys/girls encounter drivers who smoke and drive at the
same time with their hand holding on to the lighted cigerattes
outside their car window?
I really hate it when they just wave their cigeratte ashes outside
the window. When we are riding behind them, the ashes often flew to
us. Has any of you encounter the same thing as well?
