Seriously speaking, you already own a 2a bike liao and you don't know the rates never mind but since you wanna take the chance to use the 58cents to pass the gantry, you already know you have 50% chance of getting fined right(since you dunno the rates). If you don't have cash to top that card, why didn't you make your effort to ask your friends how much is the ERP at that time? And actually you can wait for another hour and pass the gantry for free...

So at the end of the day, your appeal won't have high chance. But you can try though. Sorry for the harsh passage.( If you think I'm too direct) Laughing Just wanna state all the factors the LTA might tell you when you wanna appeal. And if you think you have good answers for the above questions then you might win the appeal. Cheers. No offence hor...

first of all, i dun noe that ERP was on, until my frenz told me.
then i insert cashcard then i noe i left so little, what can i do? reverse bike n go against the road? or move my bike backwards

milkshake SG

actually my cash card got ard $2+, then that time lend frenz and also me photocopying solutions and sckol stuffs, then until when i wana enter ERP, and i still dun noe got on, then my frenz saw my IU y no cash card and say ERP on, the i stop @ bustop b4 ERP insert cashcard, WTF left 58 cents, in this situ, where can i find an atm?
2nd how am i going to do? hiong or move bike backwards and go to stadium and wait? Rolling Eyes

milkshake SG

aaron017 SG

Oh i see.... ai ya.... I also kanna this before.... but that time is I kuku. I thot that its only 50cents only also.... but they no deduct then I know kanna liao..... You try appeal lor... that time i also think like you, ask them deduct the remaining value and pay them the rest.... but aiya.... $10 dun need me to go thru so much trouble, so I pay lor....

If I in your situation, I will see what time is it.... if over 6:30 I will wait another half hour..... else I will go onto the pavement.... haha Laughing

PuRe-EviL SG

Keke ... how can dun know ERP on? It is inside the RTT leh ... hahahahaa ....

Anyway ... I also dun think chances for high ... but if you say you student, ask them to pang chance for you ... probably can ... cos i got fren tio illegal parking $70 reduce to $35 ..... cos he stated a not-so-valid reason and say he was a student. Laughing

But it is only $10 additional lor ... dun think worth the trouble la ... treat it as a lesson ....
