got into an accident with a taxi, not a serious one. just scratches on the taxi,and it's not obvious at all. and mine's scratches worst . zz.

anyone can tell me? just called the driver and he ask me wan pay hw much. i ask him repair already den give me receipt but instead he ask me wan pay hw much if gd he accept.

so what do u all guys suggest?

and if he accepted an amount, do i need to have any proof to show that he accepted? and how?

edit : any place to recommand for repainting the colour back and the costs? mine was black colour

i will say, ask him go repair then show receipt for you to pay.

most likely if you just pay him like that to settle everything, he will not send the taxi to repair, but instead just keep those $$$$ you paid him.

afterall, that taxi isn't his right...

i got involved in a minor grazing accident with a taxi before...the body of the taxi has only like 5 cm of paint peeled off while mine had a dented bumper and some peeled paint...then casually, he said $600 pay for my repairs.then i laughed at him Because luckily enough, beside me was my mechanic, en route to send him home..and his workshop also deal with taxi..and the repair would cost $120 max..

if its little, best just settle privately. write on a piece of paper saying u pay him for the repairs ready. ask him sign u sign maybe need a 3rd person to sign?

taxi driveres are just trying to suck money.

previously, they would get to their desstination via the fastest route. Now, they would ask you which route you would wanna take to test your knowledge & then judge your knowledge. My poor friend got ridden by PIE to Jurong East when she took a cab from Clementi to Jurong East.
