For I/C, it's for emergency juz in case something happens to you
they will know who you are, where you stay, who to contact and your
blood group if you need blood transfusion.
For photo licence, it's a new system so that without bringing your
I/C they still can see the photo on it. Unlike last time you need
to show your licence, I/C and insurance. It's juz an easier way
out.
