but the bike seems have vibration at high gear and when slow down the engine will have tick tac tick tac sound ..... ,anyone knows what is the problem or its normal

Every bike at high speed sure got biggest vibration compared to lower speed, as for wat tick tac sound??? Got step down your gear as you lower your speed?

By default, above 90km/h will vibrate liao. Then, engine tick tac tick tac sound, its should be normal when engine cold. If this happens when you clutch in only, should be your clutch plate wearing out. If its the chain that is giving the sound, the sound should be one sound only. Shouldn't be tic tac. Something like tac tac tac only. You can try to check for uneven wear on your tyre. This can cause stability problem. Check whether your fork oil is balance or not. If fork oil was added unbalanced, this problem will occur too.

Try spraying some chain wax or chain lube on your front sprocket, last time when I was riding phantom also experienced this problem. Also have to removed the dirt trapped inside the sprocket cover.

Left side of the bike. My Ta150 spocket is hidden in the dull cover. Got 2 cover, one is chrome one, one is dull colour type.
Take out the cover and u can see the front spocket.
This cover also allows u to access to the engine oil drain plug.

How often to lubricate:
Some recommend once a week and after heavy rain. Up to own perferences.

Well, one week or so seems fine, but it is also up to what kind you use. Chain wax tends to wear out fast, while others like chain lube lasts longer. Got a fren who even uses 2T. But if u wan to extend the lifespan of your chain, not only important for you to constantly lubricate ur chain, also important that you wash it clean. So if you are hardworking enough, a normal D.I.D O-ring chain can actually last you 2 years plus ....

Got a fren who got his bike over 1 1/2 years ago ... he very meticulous with his chain, until now also no need to pull chain. [/list][/quote]
