kinda customers he wanted to target, pricing, rentals, labour costs
etc etc.
some more, he didnt studied business modules in schools before,
dunno what cash flow, the 4P's of marketing, accounts and finance,
market segmentation, forecasting etc etc. most important of all,
entreprenuership is abt.
