huh evaporate? no lah evaporate is when you open the throttle but you're not starting your bike, so its easier for the vapor to escape mah.

anyone gt any gd advice hw to really start 2B bikes without much hassle.. My krr seems always die when i juz kickstart n dun blow my throttle.. Got e tot tot tot a bit den die liao.. If i dun open choke den more difficult to start esp cold weather.. Sometimes kick till veri pek chek keke. Anyone gt any gd advice on kickstart esp if dun need to open choke.. Heard tat if i open n close my throtle before i start engine, will overflow den much harder to start.. Izt true??? Cool

could it be the number for the spark plug which u are using?? there is some different kind of spark plugs which u use are not gd to be kick started in the morning,spark plug also play a important role for starting the bike in the morning,which we will say cold start plugs,cos morning somtime it will be cold,or is yr idling too low?? can adjust the idling higher when u kick start yr bike already.

krr seems to have this problem.... mine too.... i have to open my choke almost everytime i start my bike..... usually when i kick, i will let my leg hold at the position b4 letting it up again.... i also dunno y i do tat.... haha
i thinking of changing spark plug too.... denso got many kind izzit?
how much is it? anyone can advice?

mebbe your petrol overflow?

i donno wat causes overflow, my ta150 ocassionally kena overflow for a few consecutive mornings then will not overflow, realli donno why.

to solve overflow wat i do is switch on, then CLOSE fuel tap, OFF cut-off switch, fully CLOSE throttle then continously kick start the bike about 7-8 times. continously. then i open fuel tap and on the cut-off switch, first time kick will start without a problem. its wat the manual says oso.

some ppl say when u finish riding, wanna switch off bike, they rev the bike then switch off immediately. it seems doing that u leave a bit of petrol in donno-where so that easier to start next morning, but then again mebbe thats wat causes overflow. i just do it coz sounds shiok to switch off at mid-rev heh heh Mr. Green

actually the way to solve over flow is to set fuel tap to off, have throttle WIDE OPEN, then kick.

when you open your throttle, you're not letting petrol in, you're letting it evaporate out.

krr kips had a fucking problem with kickstart, and when ur sparksplug is burnt or 'used up' it will NV START WHATEVA U DO Wink

kips also cant runstart until u change a new fooking spark plugs, that once happen to the stoopid weezer bike, Mad

He kick Start for near 1/2 hr but to no avial, then call me and my frenz down push start untill si bei quan for near another 1/ hr also cant, then in the end ask my another kips rider down, then he say:' ohh, must be ur sparkplugs', then operation been done, sparkplugs removed and change and guess what?

1 kickstart start the fooking bike liao, thats y kips sux Razz

dat time my fren's rxz, bought 2nd hand dam old wan, he beside me wanna start the bike, kick start and kick start skali 3rd kick KTANG!CLANG! kick start lever on the floor....the lever rusted through so broke off.....

pity him but still laugh dam hard hahahaha Laughing

hee... kips always like that one lah...
cannot say it sucks mah... just need a bit of TLC only...
mine also like that,
i took out the sponge in the air filter and kui toh the pipe,
become even harder to start initially...
now i quite use to it liao, come to think of it, its just abit of getting use to and u wun have any problem liao...
actually i think, u can adjust the angle of the kickstart lever,
make it abit lower, so its more comfortable and easy to kick...
was thinking of it today, but never go try...

Hei guys actually i found out something for kips riders if u find it hard to kickstart it can be ur sparkplug or overflow but. if u are a rider who use ur bike everyday than u reali dun have to worry liao cause for me if i use my bike everyday i dun have a pro to kickstart i seldom use my choke cause when u use ur bike everyday it like u warm it up so not much of a pro kicking start. . but for raining season i think u still need to use the choke sometime.... Confused

haiz my bike just had a starting problem. had to do 'overflow drill' over and over again finally engine come to life.

is there any easy way to tell whether the prob is overflow or spark plug? sure, i can just change spark plug and see if problem persist, but leceh leh. any diff btn symptoms/effects of overflow and spark plug?

you can hold choke and then do kick-start...effective especially for cold start ie early in the morning when you need to go to work...then let your engine warm run idle for about 2 mins to warm up... Smile

hi krr mates. That time i alsof faced this prob. till a malay krr rider cum help me kick start (Si bei paisei). Main thing is i throttle too much and open choke tat cause overflow. so no matter how hard and how many time i kick also wont start. He cum help me , 2 kick then start liao. He told me if overfloat. Just switch ur fuel arrow to OFF. Then open choke and kick. Plus off ur headlight. ( i think this is mainly prob abt overflow )

For normal starting like morning , Just get on ur bike shake shake abit.. then open choke , close headlight , switch fuel arrow to off. Then wait abt 5 sec.Then kick ( dun open throttle ).. this pattern i onli need average 3 kick then start liao. Then let it run abt 10 sec then close ur choke and switch ur fuel to Normal .

Ehh above is wad krr mates taught me.Correct me if i'm wrong .

I been doing these for couple of days.. seems not much prob . But 1 thing which is quite true. If u leave ur bike and go kia kia or makan. Abt 2-3 hrs. U cum back and kick start also end up abit like morning style.
