$3800-$4000 still can consider...
that's why i say price is negotiable, but it'll be better if can
pay by full cash as i've said, my bike is still under installments.
paying by cash can avoid those unneccessay "documentation" costs
imposed by the motordiam which sometimes can go up all the way to a
ridiculous $400 for nothing. hope that you understand, I'm trying
to save cost for both sides.
I can settle the ownership transfer (this depends on the price
agreed on) but insurance you'll have to settle yourself, but i can
help you with it on the paperwork etc...
