Buying bike.. Any lobang?

Hi, i just got my class 2B today. Now looking for bike like Krr150 or SP. But i only can affort $500 for first downpayment wif insureance then every month COI around $100 (long term installment is ok). anyone got any lobang a not? Or any advise for me? Razz

Dun think any shops selling the 2 bikes so cheaply. $500 for D/P inclusive of Insurance is really very hard to get. Then monthly installments for the 2 bikes should be between $120 to $180 per month.

The insurance alone costs around $400. Somemore you just got your licence…Be prepared to pay more.

Dun get a bike if u're uncertain as to whether u're capable of coming up with the cash when u need to send ur bike for repairs/ servicing... Wink

Thanks guys.. for the reply. For my case ar.. me now in NS ar… $350 a month very jia lat… If can’t get a sp or krr then how abt nsr125? is it a better choice for me?

i’ve seen one guy installment pay 98 dollars every month.. NSR125.. don’t know how many years.. think more than 5 years.. interest sure very high.. also not worth it..

1st hand bike?? Think should have hidden costs. You can go down to the shop and ask every single detailed question. But show him some attitude dun let him know you newbie and just got licence. If not you may be chopped like crazy.

It probably didn't include insurance and the contract administration cost. Sure you can pay $500 downpayment but everything else will be added on and the interest will pile up. Furthermore, for COI bikes, most if not all motodiams will require you to purchase 1st party insurance. Long term wise, more costly. Better to reduce your loan.

lee motor... let's just say that they quoted me 18k for a 2nd hand bike, when it costs only 17k new.

ah boy ah, if u no $ buy bike, dun buy 1st.
u save up around 2-3k then use 2k as a downpayment, then leave the 1k as reserve. better to pay more now and suffer less later than to pay little now and suffer all the way.

otherwise, buy a 2nd hand bike. but dun expect much.
cheap thrills are no thrills.
