I think Mourinho is someone who speaks his mind.
His approach is direct and unassuming.
I do admire his courage and his attempts to draw flank away from
his players and onto himself. In a way, this probably earns respect
with his players and peers.
but unlike some in the soccer forums, Mourinho gives credits when
it is due.
For example, I read that he gave Martin Jol a handshake or hug, for
he think Spurs did a good job. But his angle of attack was limited
to only Poll.
so in way, he is sincere.
