TP SUMMON HELP!!!

I juz receive a summon from the TP of me parking on the shoulder of the expressway. It happened that my bike had broke down, i was fined $130 and -4points.
anyone with such encounter b4?
would i be able to apeal successfully against the summon?

go for yr appeal at ubi tp dept,
its not impossible,

i once got 4 pts also,

but i gave them gd story n they let me off....

recently someone here appealed successfully against a 6 pts offence

hmm......wad kinda story u came up with?
can i tell them that my bike break down, and i called for tow truck and i got to rush for work, and of cos i have to leave the bike there.
cos i really haf no other alternative.

when u apeal, do they ask for proof?
like letters or reciept that your bike brokedown?

HOw do u apeal? going straight to Ubi or thru fone?

Go to your MP during the meet the people session.....

tell him your story and ask him to write a letter for you, addressed to OC traffic vilation....

pple usually go for mp case unless tua ki like lic kantong or something, small 4 pts offence go find mp i 1st time hear leh

imo, its better to appeal thru tp first then if they reject u, then go and see mp...

cos if u go mp first, tp will think.. ahh this fellow nvr appeal to me but straight away go for power

go appeal.... WIF ur bike repair note.... if betta.. get all notes from the tow truck... cos TP need proof...mostly u go appeal.. they will ask u to write in.. so MP is the best.. go to.. 'MEET THE PPL SESSION" in ur area.. wif all the proofs... ask them to write 4 u.. wif all the letter from bikeshop n tow truck(receipt even more betta)..
