runner 180 SG No, it's not legal. So long the helmet does'nt cover your ear, or is covered up by plastic(like old helmet used by uncle), its all illegal. Those helmet that looks like for Germans soliders, is also illegal.

dgp SG as im riding a scoot so turtle helmet looks nicer and bought a pair back from overseas. me and my pillion been wearing it for a few mths so far so gd. there is this once when i stop infront of a traffic light and when i turn to my left my heart miss a beat. My TP is jus next to me. then i turn my head back and act innocent. but still he did not stop me. guess they hardly stop scoot cos we cannot go very fast mah.. hohohohohoho
ah_tee SG think the penalty for non approved helmets is 50 bucks, but unless the tp siao on, they wont bother one, look at the novas running around but jus a reminder to, not sercuring helmet properly is a 3 pts offence
